You can add and edit your profile information any time from your MyPortal account. This article will guide you to add or change your profile picture. Profile information update like - uploading profile photo is only available when logged in from a web browser on computer. GetSBO app or mobile browser does not support upload photo option.

Please log in to your MyPortal account from a browser. You will find a circle on the top right corner of the portal screen. Click on that.

It will open a small box containing your name, email address and logout button. On top of this, you will find CHANGE within the circle. Click on this.

This will redirect you to your MyAccount page. Where you can see your account information - Name, Birthday and Gender that you have provided while creating your account in MyPortal. Above this information, there is another box named as PHOTO. Click on that.

A box will open where you will find an UPLOAD button.

Click on the UPLOAD button and select the photo you want to upload. Your photo will be displayed on the upper left side of the box. Finally, you can check if everything is okay or not. Next, click on Set as Profile Photo button.

Your photo will be uploaded successfully as your profile picture in MyPortal account. Now it will be displayed on the top right corner of your MyPortal screen.
