Depending on your business situation, you may need to upgrade or downgrade your existing SyncSwitch package. This article will guide you through the step by step process for migrating any SyncSwitch package to another.

First, you need to go to the SyncSwitch tab from the MyPortal Menu bar. It will redirect you to a page like below, where all of your purchashed/enrolled SyncSwitches are listed. On the right side of each purchased/enrolled SyncSwitch, there is a gear icon. Click on this.

This will lead you to the respective SyncSwitch package detail page where all relevant information of the package like - package name, capacity, purchase date, expire date, price, validity etc are mentioned.

At the bottom of the page, there are 2 buttons, DEACTIVATE and MIGRATE. Click on MIGRATE. This will take you to a new page where you will be given options regarding when you want to migrate and the list of available packages you can choose from.

First box is to define when this migration will be effective. There are 2 options -

1. End of Validity - it means this package will be active until the expiration day. At the end of the validity period of the current package, this package will be migrated to a new package.

2. Immediate - it means this migration will be applied immediately. And a refund invoice will be generated. Refund amount, if any, will be adjusted to the wallet.

Select the option appropriate for you.

Next, check the second box.

The second box, titled Choose Your Package, displays the list of available packages from where you will choose a new package to migrate.

Select the package name and click on NEXT. It will open to a new page where you will find your desired new package information including capacity, price and duration.

Select the subscription duration from the top right corner and check the grand total amount shown, then click on NEXT.

When you click on the NEXT button, you will be taken to the payment confirmation page where the total payable amount and available wallet balance will be displayed for your convenience.

Click on CONFIRM. A migration confirmation page will appear like below.

Your migration is completed. This new subscribed item should be available in your MyPortal now. You will see this new SyncSwitch is listed in the SyncSwitch tab under the Menu bar.
