How to upgrade or downgrade existing packages of SBO from MyPortal?

Migrating from an existing package to a new one is very easy in MyPortal. There are options available under each purchased/enrolled service to upgrade or downgrade at any time of the package duration. This article will guide you through the step-by-step process of migrating from one SBO package to another.

First, you need to go to the SBO tab from the menu bar. It will redirect you to a page like below.

On the right-hand side of each purchased/enrolled SBO, you will find 3 icons. Click on the blue gear/settings menu icon. It will open to a page like below.

On top of the page, there are 4 options - GATEWAYS, DETAILS, HISTORY and TRANSACTIONS. Click on DETAILS.

This will lead you to the respective SBO package detail page where all relevant information of the purchased package like - package name, capacity, purchase date, expire date, price, validity etc are mentioned.

At the bottom of the page, there are 2 buttons, DEACTIVATE and MIGRATE. Click on MIGRATE. This will take you to a new page where you will be given options regarding when you want to migrate and the list of available packages you can choose from.

First box, named Migrate At, is to define when this migration will be effective. There are 2 options -

1. End of Validity - it means this package will be active until the expiration day. At the end of the validity period of the current package, this package will be migrated to a new package.

2. Immediate - it means this migration will be effective immediately. And a refund invoice will be generated. Refund amount, if any, will be adjusted to the wallet.

Select the option appropriate for you.

Next, check the second box.

The second box, titled Choose Your Package, displays the list of available packages from where you can choose a new package to migrate.

Select the package name and click on NEXT. It will open to a new page where you will find your desired new package information including capacity, price and duration.

Select the subscription duration from the top right corner and check the grand total amount shown, then click on NEXT.

When you click on the NEXT button, you will be taken to the payment confirmation page, where the total payable amount and available wallet balance will be displayed for your convenience.

Click on CONFIRM. A migration confirmation page will appear like below.

Your migration is completed. This new subscribed item should be available in your MyPortal now. To find your subscribed products, you may check the SBO tab in the Menu bar.
