What is your payment policy? Is it possible to get an extension?

Our customers are requested to sign up with My Account through GetSBO Portal. There in My Account, you will have My Wallet. You need to add balance into the wallet to subscribe your desired packages or to renew running services. You can add balance there through bank wire transfer or through PayPal payment easily. As it is mentioned, you can subscribe desired packages or continue using services only if you have the required balance available into your My Wallet. Your service will not extend after the package time period unless you have enough available balance into your wallet.

An invoice for the upcoming service period will be sent to you automatically before the end of present service period/package time. You are requested to pay the bill or add balance to your wallet by sending payments before service period ends, otherwise your service will not be renewed and that will be stopped automatically. Then, your service will be considered unsubscribed. Your data will be kept intact for one (01) week after service stopped. After one (01) week all data will be removed.
