Firstly you should know the Export option remains in those pages of MyPortal which deserve it. To use this option, Please click on vertical three dots(more) icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

A small box will open up after clicking. Sort your data by selecting the parameter from the dropdown. Then click the Export option.

A dialogue box will appear. Select your data types you want to export and click on the Export option.

Within a few seconds, your data will be exported as a .CSV format and you will get a successful message after completion.
