Can I check the history for my purchased SBO packages in MyPortal?

MyPortal gives users a convenient way for managing and controlling their full business independently from this single site. They can purchase any product that is suitable to them as well as can manage and update their purchased product. All of these activities are kept recorded under respective subscribed products. This article will guide you to find all previous activities for each purchased SBO.

To check the history for SBO, click on the SBO tab from the menu bar. A page will open where all purchased SBOs are listed. In this page, on the right side of each SBO package you will find 3 circles with different icons in 3 different colors. Click on the blue gear icon.

It will redirect you to a page like below. On top of the page, there are 4 options - GATEWAYS, DETAILS, HISTORY and TRANSACTIONS.

Click on HISTORY. This will lead you to a page from where you can see your active plan as well as any previous plans if there has been any change from the first purchase date.

SBO History 3

The Active Plan box shows the currently running package with its name, purchase date and time, capacity, validity and status.

The Previous Plans box shows the history of this SBO. All changes from upgrade, downgrade or reactivation will be listed here. Status of these packages are Inactive.

This feature has made keeping track of every subscription very easy.
