How to check why calls are not connecting from the SyncSwitch interface?

From the Monitoring Tools of SyncSwitch V.3, you will get data of live calls, debugging etc. Terminal (Menu >> Monitoring Tools >> TERMINAL) under Monitoring Tools shows SIP messages of both connected and not connected or failed calls. From here we can check the call disconnect cause of every call by expanding plus (+) sign.

Clicking on the plus (+) sign of failed calls, You will get the reason why calls are not connecting from “Call End Reason”. In the below picture you will see, ‘Route Down’ is the call failing reason. Every data in the TERMINAL page will last for 60 minutes then it will disappear automatically.
