We do not have a fixed billing cycle. Your business billing cycle will be the package time period which you have subscribed.

You will be charged according to the package you subscribe to. We may have different packages with different time periods, ranging from one (01) day to monthly (30 days) or quarterly (90 days) or half-yearly (180 days) or even yearly (360 days). You are free to choose which package suits your business most. And your billing cycle will start from the day you subscribe to your package.

Your billing cycle will modify if you deactivate, reactivate or migrate your current service package. Otherwise, it will be renewed automatically after the package time period if you have required available balance into your My Wallet.
